Two appointments decide whether a system lasts twenty years or needs digging up in five. Everything else is adjustment.

What we do
Two systems, one crew.
Irrigation and landscape lighting, designed, installed and serviced by the same people, on new systems and on ones somebody else put in. The two halves share the calendar above: the sprinklers own the summer, the lighting owns the winter, and one crew turns up for both. Monday to Friday 6:30am to 5pm, Saturday 7:30am to 4pm.

The questions homeowners ask.
What happens if I miss the blow-out?
Water left in a line freezes, expands and splits it, usually underground and usually in more than one place. The repair costs several times the blow-out and it is found in spring when the system will not hold pressure.
Can you take over a system somebody else installed?
Routinely. The first visit maps what is actually in the ground, which is often not what the previous owner believed, and from there it is maintained like any other.
Do you do landscape lighting as well?
Yes, design and installation, and it is the half of the business that gets used every night from November onward rather than only in summer.
