We walk the property
About an hour on site. Every zone run in turn, heads checked for coverage and pressure, controller and backflow inspected, and the lighting run after dark if that is part of it.

You get the report
Written and photographed, priced line by line, with a map of what is actually in the ground. Yours to keep or to take to another contractor for comparison.
The blow-out has to happen before the first hard freeze.
